Mixture science experiments helps us to find out how the component of the mixture. Example mixture of iron, sugar, naphthalene can be separated by using the mixture science experiment. To separate the mixture of soil and sugar, a mixture science experiment is used. For this purpose take 100 ml of water in a beaker and to this add the mixture of soil and sugar. And stir it continuously and heat the beaker up to 30 degree celsius. Sugar gets dissolved in water while the soil suspends in water. Filter the beaker solution, soil residues on the filter paper surface while sugar remains in mother liquor in dissolved state. Evaporate the mother liquor to concentrate it in a china dish. When the volume of mother liquor reduces up to the one by fourth amount of its original volume, place it for recrystillization and keep it undisturbed. Sugar crystal formed in the below of the china dish, and filter it, sugar crystal comes to the surface of filter paper and dried it in a oven at one hundred twenty degree celcius . This gives the sugar enhance by using this mixture science experiment sugar and soil can be separated.

To separate the mixture of naphthalene, iron and sugar, a mixture science experiment is used. For this purpose take the mixture in a china dish and covered it with pored filter paper and place a funnel over it in the inverted direction. Placed this china dish over the heater and naphthalene starts evaporates and deposits in to the funnel. When whole the naphthalene separated. Switch off the beaker and cool the china dish and removed the pored filter paper and funnel from the china dish. Now brought a magnet near the china dish. All the iron particle of iron, sugar mixture sticks on the magnet and sugar left behinds in the china dish. Using this mixture science experiment mixture of sugar, iron and naphthalene can be separated.
